Different Replacement Glass Types

Laminated Glass (Safety Glass)

Laminated glass is considered a safety glass and is primarily used because of its safety, security and sound abatement characteristics.

Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is a type of safety glass regularly used in applications in which standard glass could pose a potential danger.

Insulated Window Glass (IG)

Insulated glass is produced by placing a spacer between two panes of glass and sealing the edges of the unit. The air is trapped between the two pieces of glass and acts as an insulator to reduce the rate at which heat and cold can travel through the unit.
